La Bella Vita is a luxury B&B situated on a magnificent 3.5 acre fully landscaped property in Batesford, Victoria, just 10 minutes west of Geelong in the historic Dog Rocks area. In the Guest Wing, there are three beautiful king size bedrooms available, beautiful bathroom and separate toilet/hand basin plus a theatre/games room with TV, projector and screen plus pool table. A choice of fully-cooked breakfasts (free range hens on the property) or continental breakfasts are served each morning in the fabulous enclosed (with bi-fold doors) alfresco room which overlooks the north-facing gardens. Other meals and fantastic entertaining options are also available by arrangement. A second guest bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin is located just off the alfresco room.

No shortage of options

Over 30 great wineries are all within close driving distance from the property. A local adventure tours company will pick up and drop off guests for bus tours. Jet plane and bi-plane rides can be arranged to fly you to see the Great Ocean Road and Apostles can be arranged for you at nearby Lethbridge Airport. We are just 30 minutes’ drive from Torquay (south) and start of the Great Ocean Road, 45 minutes to Ballarat (west), 45 minutes to Queenscliff (east) and 50 minutes to Melbourne (north).
